Instead of spending lots of money on sauna sessions I ll show you this trick which will save your money and help you go for a relaxing sauna that too in  you own bathroom ..

 All you need is just a GEYSER ,  A telephone handy shower and a Washer .

 

 To know the trick read till the end . First of all lets us understand why it is good to take steam.

 

Relaxing in the hot, steamy temperatures of a sauna is a unique feeling that can leave you feeling lighter and stress-free.

SO GUYZ WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO is

1)TURN YOUR SHOWER ON  

2)PUT IT ON THE HOT MODE

3)DIRECT ITS DIRECTION TOWARDS THE WALL OPPOSITE TO YOU 

5)POSITION IT THERE OR PLACE IT IN THE SHOWER HOLDER (let water flow from it donot turn it off)

6)BE CAREFUL WITH THE HOT WATER FROM THE SHOWER (CHOOSE A CORNER AWAY FROM THE FLOWING HOT WATER)

7)NOW TAKE YOUR WASHER N PUT IT ON NORMAL MODE( i.e between hot n cold )

8)PRESS THE WASHER AND LET THE WATER FLOW FROM IT (water should be just slightly warm .water should be flowing from both shower as well as washer )

9)AFTER A MIN OR TWO YOU WILL SEE STEAMY HOT WATER COMING OUT FROM YOUR HANDY SHOWER 

10)STOP THE WASHER ONCE THE ROOM IS STEAMY 

YOU CAN DO THIS ONLY WHEN YOU HAVE WASHER AND SHOWER BOTH CONNECTED TO A SINGLE GEYSER
